It's that time of year again and I'm picking my favourites. It seems like a good warm-up for Frozen Planet which I am going to prematurely recommend in spite of not having seen it myself yet. People who take no joy from nature are the saddest on earth.

I've not done Bonfire Night in years, so myself and a couple of mates wandered into the city today to watch the fireworks display at the Rec (Bath Rugby's ground).
